Injuries that don’t require a visit to the emergency room can be treated at Enloe Health Prompt Care. When appropriate, choosing this option saves you time and money. These urgent care services are available if you live in Chico, Oroville, Paradise or another part of the North State.

The caregivers at Prompt Care treat several illnesses and injuries. These conditions need quick attention, but are not emergencies or life threatening. These include:

Enloe Health Prompt Care accepts most forms of medical insurance.* We also offer cash pay service for TB screenings and simple sports and camp physicals.

Understanding Your Options

There are many different kinds of health care facilities. Where you go will depend on your needs. An emergency means you could die or be permanently hurt if you don’t get care quickly. Prompt Care treats patients who do not have a primary care physician, are unable to reach their doctor or need care without an appointment.
