Last year, Enloe was recognized for seven procedures and conditions. U.S. News evaluated more than 4,500 hospitals across 15 specialties and 21 procedures and conditions. “Enloe Medical Center has become a symbol for quality and compassionate care in the North State,” said Enloe’s President and CEO Mike Wiltermood. “This recognition validates all the hard work our caregivers perform daily. At a time when health care organizations in our region are struggling to stay afloat, it’s truly inspiring what our staff has been able to achieve.”
Additionally, the medical center was named one of the Best Regional Hospitals for the Northern Sierras for the 2023-2024 rating period, ranking No. 65 in California. Only 12% of the 4,500 evaluated hospitals earned a Best Hospitals ranking.
