What kind of text messages can I receive?
When you sign up for Hello World, you will receive text messages related to your health journey at Enloe Health. These include updates regarding your Enloe Health:
- Visits
- MyChart account
- Billing notifications
- Prescription reminders
- Care management
I already receive text messages from Enloe Health. Do I have to sign up again?
Yes, you will need to sign up again. Enloe Health has moved away from the previous service it used for texting patients. Our new service is called Hello World, and patients who want to receive automated text messages from us will need to opt in to Hello World.
Will this cost me anything?
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from Enloe Health and to us from you. Message frequency may vary.
Will my information be shared?
Your privacy is important to us. The information you provide for Hello World is protected by applicable law and will not be shared for marketing purposes. To learn more about how your rights to privacy are being protected, please review our Notice of Privacy Practices or contact the privacy officer at privacyofficer@enloe.org.
How can I opt out?
To opt out of automated messages from Enloe Health, text STOP to 57218 at any time. When you opt out, you will receive a final message confirming you have unsubscribed. If you want to opt in again later, you can do so through your MyChart account or by texting HELP to 57218 for instructions.
