Research at Enloe Health is advancing medicine. Enloe patients are participating in several clinical trials related to cancer.

Enloe Health fosters a research environment that promotes the respect and welfare of individuals recruited to take part in these studies.

Our actions are guided by the principles in the Ethical Principles and Guidelines for the Protection of Human Subjects of Research — often referred to as the Belmont Report — and conform to all applicable laws and regulations.

To fulfill this mission, Enloe Health has a Human Research Protection Program (HRPP) and an Institutional Review Board (IRB).
