Employee Referral Program
You can help Enloe Health, a friend and yourself by participating in our Employee Referral Program.
Eligible employees can earn up to $1,000 per referral.
Sweet Rewards
- Referrals for critical positions earn a $1,000 bonus.
- Referrals for all other positions are entered into a monthly drawing for a $100 gift card.
- A chocolate or fruit and nut basket will be delivered to the referring employee’s department for critical positions and the winner of the monthly drawing.
Rules & Regulations
- In order to receive the referral award, the employee’s name must be entered on the online application.
- Referral bonuses are distributed in the paycheck following 90 days of employment by the referred employee.
- Applicants already credited to some other source (advertising, employment agency or their own initiative) are not eligible for referrals.
- Current employees are not eligible to be referred.
- Previous employees may be referred if they have not been employed by Enloe Health within one year.
- If more than one employee refers the same applicant, the referral award will be split equally among the employees.
- The referring employee must be employed by Enloe Health at the time of issuance to receive the referral award.
- All non-management employees (not including supervisors, leads and charges) are eligible to participate in the program.
- Critical positions are defined as positions in critical shortage by the recruiting manager.
- All inquiries concerning program rules and procedures and questions of eligibility will be handled by the recruiting manager.
