Health Benefit Options

Enloe nurse and doctor Enloe Health offers medical, vision and dental benefits to meet the health care needs of employees and their families.

All full-time and part-time employees can choose between two medical plans:

  • The Value Plan
  • And the Classic Plan

Value Plan

This plan offers health benefits with no premium cost to full-time employees and minimal premium cost for their family. In exchange for low to no premiums, the Value Plan has some slightly higher out-of-pocket costs than the Classic Plan.

Value Plan members must use Enloe facilities when Enloe offers the services needed, such as pharmacy, lab and X-ray.

Both plans cover medical, vision, and dental care and provide access to the same network of physicians.

Classic Plan

This plan offers added flexibility at a minimal monthly premium cost to the employee and family. Classic Plan members have an incentive to use Enloe services, but they can also use other network providers.

Eligibility

Full-time and part-time employees become eligible to enroll in medical, dental and vision benefits on the first day of the month following their date of hire.

Per diem and casual employees are not eligible for benefits. Employees hired into a per diem or casual position will be eligible to enroll in the medical, dental and vision benefits on the first day of the month following their transfer to a full-time or part-time position.
