Primary Care

The staff at Enloe Health Primary Care is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care for the well-being of our community.

Currently, we are not accepting new patients. When we do, we will accept patients who live in Butte County and are age 12 or older.

Enloe Health employees and medical staff members living outside of Butte County, and members of their household, are also eligible.

We accept Medicare and most private insurances.

Enloe Health Primary Care is located at 1601 Esplanade, Suite 3 in Chico.

To schedule an appointment, call 530-332-7148. We are open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., closed from noon to 1 p.m., Monday through Friday.
