Jim Stevens recently retired, but he was a Principal/Owner of NorthStar, a Chico engineering and survey company for over 40 years. He was also a member of the board of directors for the Chico Noon Rotary Club and was an appointed member of the City of Chico Mayor’s Advisory Board and General Plan Advisory Committee, as well as of the Chico Area Recreation & Park District’s Master Plan Citizen’s Advisory Committee. Jim was also a member of the Chico Police Department Business Support Team and Team Patrick, which facilitates development of Patrick Ranch into a museum and community event facility.
