Mike Dunbaugh spent 30 years as a peace officer, including 12 years as a chief of police. Later, he became a director and then the Dean of Student Learning at Butte College. Mike holds a bachelor’s, master’s and juris doctorate degree. Mike is a graduate of both the FBI National Academy and the California Command College for law enforcement managers.
Mike has instructed courses at CSU, Chico, Sonoma State and the University of San Francisco. He has served on several nonprofit boards and has lots of experience helping nonprofits designed to assist youth. In fact, Mike is proud to be one of the founding members of the Boys & Girls Club of the North Valley.
Mike and his wife, Linda, have four grown children and six grandchildren.
