Patient satisfaction at Enloe Health has averaged at or above the top quartile since 2011, reflecting a person-centered culture throughout the organization.
These results are based on a patient satisfaction survey known as HCAHPS, or the Hospital and Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems, required for all U.S. hospitals by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
