The Arthroswim class at Enloe Rehabilitation Center is held in our indoor exercise pool, which is kept at a constant 95-degrees.

Arthroswim

Arthroswim is a low-cost, gentle water exercise program open to individuals with:

  • Arthritis
  • Lower-back pain
  • Chronic pain
  • Muscle weakness
  • Orthopedic injuries

Therapists lead participants through a series of specially designed exercises and movements that, with the aid of the water's buoyancy and resistance, can help improve joint flexibility, muscle tone and range of motion.
