Enloe Foundation
Leading the Advancement of Health Care in Our Community
Since 1986, Enloe Foundation, a not-for-profit 501 [c] 3 organization guided by a community volunteer board of directors, has put the generosity of its donors to work supporting Enloe Medical Center. Their philanthropic spirit has lead to advances in health care technology, health care facility improvements, professional and staff training along with community health care programs. People whose lives have been touched by our care, know the vital role of Enloe Medical Center in restoring health and hope.
Our Vision is to be a community inspired to give time, treasure and talent for the benefit of health and wellness. Our Mission is to foster relationships with community members by providing meaningful giving and volunteer opportunities.
New Beginning Campaign
Three major areas are at the heart of the New Beginning Campaign at Enloe Foundation. These are the Enloe Century Project; a patient-centered care philosophy known as Planetree; and the Enloe Foundation Scholarship Program to increase education and training for physicians, nurses and staff.
The Enloe Century Project is one of the most important projects in the history of Chico and the surrounding region of Butte, Glenn, Colusa, Plumas and Tehama counties. Virtually every man, woman and child in our area at some time in their life will be served by this wonderful community asset.
Making a Difference
Through the generosity and involvement of our community, nearly every area of Enloe Medical Center has been touched by Enloe Foundation. Each gift to Enloe Foundation comes from a special person, a grateful patient, family member, physician, staff person, volunteer or community friend, who generously shares what he or she can. With this commitment, we ensure that our community's health care system continues to be at the forefront of science, technology, and the healing arts.
Thanks to your support and Enloe's community focused values, we are fortunate to have a wide range of programs and services to improve the health of our community. Enloe is committed to responding to the health care needs at the beside and beyond with such programs as:
