The Recovery Story: “The Soloist”
6 to 7:30 p.m., Enloe Conference Center, 1528 Esplanade. Free lecture led by Psychiatrist Mark Ragins, MD,* of Village Integrated Service Agency. Dr. Ragins’ lecture is sponsored by NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) of Butte County and Butte County Public Health and hosted by Enloe Medical Center. Village is a model of support which provides mental health care to assist people in leading self-sufficient, fulfilling lives. Enloe Gala
5 p.m., The Palms, 2947 Nord Ave., Chico. At this spectacular event, guests will enjoy dinner, a lively and entertaining band, dancing and a unique silent auction and raffle. The proceeds from the Enloe Gala 2010 will go toward the purchase of new vital-signs monitors for several floors of the hospital. 530.332.4550
