physician legacy award Nominations

Enloe Medical Center is fortunate to have a talented, giving and dedicated medical staff. We value honoring those who give so much to their community. The Physician Legacy Award is presented each year to a physician whose body of work in and out of the profession has created a lasting impact, a real legacy. Each Medical Executive Committee is charged with selecting the physician who will be honored at the Annual General Medical Staff meeting in December. Nominations will come from the physicians, administrators, employees, volunteers and patients of Enloe Medical Center.

The Nomination Period for the 2012 Physician Legacy Award has ended

Thank you to everyone who has submitted a nomination. We announced the award recipient in December. See all of the Physician Legacy Award recipients.

Criteria for Selection:

1. A respected physician whose leadership at Enloe and in the community both locally and at large has changed our world for the better.
2. A physician who has been a member of the medical staff for more than one year and has active privileges at Enloe Medical Center.
3. A physician with excellent clinical knowledge and skill.
4. Previous recipients are not eligible.
